Thelma Wanna Be, Mick is Gunna do ..                                             GunnaWannaBe ia a coming together of ideas and dreaming.

A cafe with a fusion of native and indigenous Australian herbs, spices and ingredients with gourmet recipes from around Australia and of course, some       of Mick and Thelma’s own recipes.

GunnaWannaBe displays Bundjalung artwork by both Aboriginal and local non-Aboriginal artists. Our Learning and Resource Centre offers Broadband internet connection and an extensive library.

GunnaWannaBe also stocks Bundjalung Aboriginal artefacts such as bull roarers, boomerangs, shields, bags, T-shirts, ties and a range of delicious bush spices and sauces.

LEARNING CENTRE

Thelma and Mick participate in doing Aboriginal welcomes, Children’s workshops, special bush tucker demonstrations (with a taste and feel participation). The Learning Centre has a private exclusive selection of books and artifacts.
