We specialise in using traditional bush, coastal and desert ingredients cooked in a contemporary way.

Our ingredients include crocodile, emu, kangaroo, possum, seafood and native fruits and vegetables eg, yams, warrigal greens, lemon myrtle, lemon aspen, davidson plum, wattleseed, lilli pilli, bunya nut. 

On request, we use contemporary meats such as beef, chicken, lamb, pork and can cater for special dietary requirements.

Our Bush Tucker Menu has proven extremely popular with all ages and is only a sample of the dishes we offer.

We are coming up with new dishes all the time.  If you have a special request, please discuss it with us.

We do cater for special dietary requirements and can use contemporary ingredients on request.
