Buudja at Urunga Food & Wine Festival, 5th Sept

Buudja Marrung will be selling our bush tucker at the “Toast Urunga” Food and Wine Festival from 10am on Sunday 5th September, Fathers Day.   Our menu on the day will include:

• Kangaroo Burger
• Warrigal Greens Quiche and Salad
• Aussie Tasting Plates – toasted crostini topped with kumera paste; basil and macadamia nut pesto; and crocodile, emu and kangaroo meats
• Damper with rosella jam and wattle seed cream
• Native Flavoured Ice Cream
• Rainforest Punch
• Native herb tea
• Wattleseed hot milk
